Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays and festivals).

Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be processed the following business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

During peak seasons (Shravan, Navratri, Diwali), processing times may be extended by 1-2 additional business days. We will notify you via email if there are any delays.

Standard Shipping

Delivery within 3-7 business days via India Post or BlueDart. Available for all pin codes across India.

Express Shipping

Delivery within 1-3 business days via BlueDart/Delhivery. Available at checkout for an additional charge. Subject to serviceability at your pin code.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location, courier performance, and unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, etc.).

All domestic shipments are processed and tracked through our Shiprocket logistics platform. You will receive an AWB (Air Waybill) tracking number via email and SMS.

We ship worldwide via reputed international carriers such as DHL Express, FedEx, or India Post EMS.

Estimated delivery times for international orders:

• Asia & Middle East: 5-10 business days

• USA, Canada, UK & Europe: 7-14 business days

• Australia & New Zealand: 7-14 business days

• Rest of World: 10-21 business days

International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination country, weight, and package dimensions.

We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders (within India) above ₹999.

First-time buyers receive free shipping on their first order regardless of the order value — our way of welcoming you to the Aradhya family! 🙏

Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout when eligibility criteria are met.

Free shipping is not available for international orders or expedited shipping requests.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:

• An email with your tracking number and courier details.

• An SMS notification to the phone number provided at checkout.

You can track your order at any time by:

• Visiting the 'Track Order' page on our website.

• Logging into your account and checking order status under 'My Orders'.

• Using the tracking number directly on the courier's website.

If your tracking information hasn't been updated for more than 48 hours after dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier partner.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are:

• The sole responsibility of the buyer/recipient.

• Not included in our product prices or shipping charges.

• Collected by the customs authority in your country upon delivery or clearance.

We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their exact amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information about duties applicable to your country before placing an international order.

Refusal to pay customs duties resulting in the package being returned to us will incur return shipping costs, which will be deducted from any refund.

While we strive to deliver to as many locations as possible, there may be certain areas where delivery services are limited or unavailable. These include:

• Remote areas not serviced by our courier partners.

• Countries with import restrictions on religious/spiritual items.

• Regions affected by natural disasters, conflicts, or government restrictions.

If we are unable to deliver to your location, we will notify you within 24 hours of your order and offer a full refund.

Every Aradhya order is carefully packed to ensure your sacred beads arrive in perfect condition:

• Products are placed in protective velvet pouches or wooden boxes (for premium beads).

• The outer packaging is a sturdy, tamper-evident box with bubble wrap protection.

• All lab certification documents and care instructions are included inside the package.

• Gift wrapping is available at checkout for ₹99 — includes a premium eco box with ribbon and a personalised card.

If your package is lost, stolen, or significantly delayed:

Delayed Packages

If your domestic order has not arrived within 10 business days (or 21 days for international orders) of dispatch, please contact us. We will initiate an investigation with the courier partner.

Lost Packages

If the courier confirms a package is lost, we will either ship a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund — your choice.

Stolen Packages

If tracking shows the package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check with neighbours and your local post office first. Contact us within 48 hours and we will work with the courier to investigate. We may require a police report for high-value orders.

We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the buyer. Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order.
