Aradhya sells 100% authentic, lab-certified Rudraksha beads sourced from Nepal and India. Each product listing includes details such as Mukhi count, origin, certification, and pricing.

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However:

• Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and the natural characteristics of Rudraksha beads.

• Minor natural variations in size, texture, and appearance are inherent to authentic Rudraksha and do not constitute defects.

• Lab certification details are provided in good faith based on reports from accredited gemological laboratories.

We reserve the right to modify product listings, descriptions, and availability without prior notice.

All prices on our website are listed in Indian Rupees (₹ INR) by default. Multi-currency display is available for convenience but the billing currency for Indian orders is INR.

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, even after an order has been placed. In such cases, we will notify you and offer the option to proceed at the corrected price or cancel the order for a full refund.

Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. GST will be charged as per prevailing government regulations.

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

Orders may be declined due to:

• Product unavailability or stock discrepancies.

• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorised transactions.

• Errors in pricing or product information.

• Failure of payment verification.

Payment Methods

We accept payments through Razorpay, which supports UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets. All transactions are secured with industry-standard encryption.

Store Wallet

Wallet credits (from referrals, promotions, or refunds) can be applied at checkout. Wallet balances are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Coupons & Discounts

Discount codes are subject to specific terms, minimum order values, and expiry dates. Only one coupon can be applied per order unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to revoke or modify promotional offers at any time.

You may request cancellation of an order before it has been shipped by contacting us at araadhya.support@gmail.com. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled — please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to cancel orders if we suspect fraudulent activity, if the product is out of stock, or if there is a pricing error.

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, icons, product photographs, blog articles, videos, and software — is the exclusive property of Aradhya and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

• Your content is truthful and not misleading.

Rudraksha beads are sold as spiritual/religious items. Any references to astrological, spiritual, health, or wellness benefits are based on traditional beliefs and cultural practices. These are not verified scientific or medical claims.

Aradhya does not guarantee any specific results from wearing or using Rudraksha beads. Products are sold "as is" with the certifications mentioned in their listings.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aradhya, its owners, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of the Site, or your infringement of any third party's rights.
